Ada Sanlıman is a Turkish singer, songwriter and composer blending jazz, soul, pop and alternative music, known for her powerful voice and distinctive style, standing out on Turkey's new generation independent jazz scene. Born in Istanbul in 1994, she began piano training at age 7, took vocal lessons from Sibel Köse at Pera Fine Arts High School, and later studied at The New School for Jazz in New York. She made her first international appearance as a guest vocalist on Yiğit Gürcihan's (Fakepakt) 2014 album, and after returning to Turkey, performed solo concerts at major venues like Soho House Istanbul and Zorlu PSM, also creating concept shows like "Ada Sings Amy Winehouse." Known for singles like "O Günler" and "Canavar," she is married to photographer Mehmet Turgut.
