Vanco (born Kudzai Blessing Mawoyo) is a world-renowned South African DJ and electronic music producer from Johannesburg, known for blending Afro house, Afro tech and tribal rhythms with modern electronic music. He started out at 17 playing bass marimba and percussion before moving into electronic production, carrying African melodies onto global dancefloors. He broke through globally with "Ma Tnsani (Yalla Habibi)" alongside AYA, a track that became a phenomenon in Ibiza, and has remixed major names including Black Eyed Peas and Black Coffee. Playing legendary clubs like Hï Ibiza and Fabric London, he releases through his own label ALGRA as well as major companies like Sony Music and Universal.
