Umut (TR)
Umut, born Umut Sefiloğlu, is a DJ and producer active on both the Turkish and European electronic music scenes. In 2015 he founded Base Presents, helping electronic music take root in the Çukurova region and organizing Mersin's first electronic music festival. After relocating to Budapest in 2020, he became active on the European circuit, playing everywhere from Ozora Festival to Boiler Room Warsaw. His sets blend hard-driving techno rhythms with groove and occasionally distorted, deep melodic textures.
