Ida Engberg is a Swedish techno DJ and record producer considered one of the most influential women in underground dance music, known for hypnotic, energetic and deep techno sets. She made her name as a resident DJ at Stockholm venues like Cocktail Club and Spy Bar at just 18, and her 2007 track "Disco Volante" became a huge European hit, opening the door to her global career. A regular at massive festivals like Awakenings and Tomorrowland, she became the first woman to hold a full-season DJ residency in Ibiza with her "Mystik" parties at Club Chinois in 2023, and has released on prestigious labels including Drumcode and Crosstown Rebels. Born in Sweden in 1984, she was married for many years to fellow DJ Adam Beyer and is known for her environmental activism and vegan lifestyle.
