Gazapizm, real name Anıl Murat Acar, is a Turkish rapper and lyricist known for songs exploring street culture and social issues. Born in Elazığ in 1988 and raised in Izmir after his family settled there in 1997, he entered Turkish rap in 2003 and launched his own independent outfit in 2012 by founding the Argo İzmir studio in Izmir's Konak district. His real breakthrough to a wide audience came through "Heyecanı Yok," a song featured on the TV series "Çukur" that became a massive phenomenon and played a key role in bringing Turkish rap into mainstream media and television visibility.
