Erde, real name Hilal Mey Erden, is a rising young Turkish female DJ and electronic music producer born in 2001. She first became interested in music playing various instruments in her own indie band before turning to electronic music, and describes "Erde" as an entirely new identity reflecting the darker side of her personality. Working with a wide sonic palette from tribal elements to groovy rhythms, and embracing a dynamic, mystical, dark sound, Erde releases her tracks through the Noer Records label.
