Engin Hepileri
Engin Hepileri, born in Istanbul in 1978, is a Turkish theater, film and television actor and theater director known for excelling in both dramatic and comedic roles. He first encountered theater performing in State Theater productions while attending Cağaloğlu Anatolian High School, was accepted into Istanbul University State Conservatory's Theater Department in 1996, and completed a master's degree there in 2005 while serving as a research assistant. A longtime member of the storied Kent Oyuncuları (Kenter Theater) ensemble, he stepped into directing in 2008 with a staging of Israel Horovitz's "The Line," and continued acting and directing under tiyatro.iN, a company he co-founded. On television, he became widely known for roles in cult series like "Kampüsistan," "Emret Komutanım" and "İntikam," as well as his portrayal of musician Kazım Koyuncu in "Yağmur: Kıyamet Çiçeği"; he also hosted the TRT 1 quiz show "Altın Petek" from 2016 to 2017.
