Damla Tek
Damla Tek is one of the recognized Turkish women DJs and producers on the country's electronic music scene. Born in Izmir with an engineering background, she broadened her musical outlook during an Erasmus exchange in Vienna. She began DJing in 2013 at Izmir's storied 1888 club, developing a raw, dynamic sound that blends house, indie dance and techno. Together with Bussi and Ledi Cannit, she co-founded Hexx On Dexx, an all-female music collective, and has performed everywhere from Izmir and Istanbul to Alaçatı and Munich, including a set at the Sónar Istanbul festival.
