Ceyhun Güneş
Ceyhun Güneş is one of Turkey's leading flamenco guitarists, composers and virtuosos, known for blending flamenco with Turkish musical motifs. Born in Ankara in 1979, he began with piano before studying classical guitar and turning to flamenco guitar at age 14. In 2002 he founded the Mavi Siyah Flamenco ensemble, releasing albums featuring guest artists such as Erkan Oğur, and he later founded the Flamenco Ankara Association, running the Flamenco Ankara Festival for fifteen years. Known for works like the album Seis Sentidos / Altı His and the piece "Deniz Kokusu," he continues to tour and perform both in Turkey and abroad.
