Büyük Ev Ablukada is a Turkish alternative rock and indie band formed in Istanbul in 2008, known for absurdist humor in their lyrics and energetic live shows. They took their name from a poem by poet Turgut Uyar, and members go by playful stage aliases like Canavar Banavar and Galvaniz Gelbiraz instead of their real names on stage.
