The Kocaeli branch of the Hayal Kahvesi chain; located in Basiskele, inside the Symbol Yasam Merkezi on the D-100 highway. Hayal Kahvesi is one of the first chains that comes to mind when Turkey's live music venues are mentioned — its program is mostly made up of Turkish rock and pop bands, running late on weekends. A table-and-stage-close layout; a format where you can sit while listening to the concert, running alongside food-and-drink service. Few venues in Kocaeli run a regular program at this scale; a significant part of the city's concert calendar runs through here. Being on the D-100, access by private car is easy, with parking available. We recommend calling ahead for a table on concert days.
